• Grind and prepare cannabis for pre‑roll production.
• Operate rolling machines and assist with hand‑rolled products.
• Sift material and ensure consistency for production.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accurate weights and standards.
• Track production output, inventory, and daily totals by strain.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well‑stocked work areas.
• Collaborate with leads to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Support training, R&D, and other processing departments as needed.

• 21+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable standing or sitting for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a two‑story warehouse, using stairs regularly, and working at heights (mezzanines/upper levels).
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Reliable, efficient, and team‑oriented.

• Experience with trimming, rolling, or production environments.

• Catered meals on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
