Operations Manager, Forklift Operator
POSITION SUMMARY
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
The schedule for this position is Sunday-Thursday 2:30pm-11pm (or until work is complete) along with rotating Fridays. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Elevate 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; team lifts or mechanical equipment will be used for commercial tires.
- When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires, exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
- Operate equipment at heights up to 25 feet safely and comfortably.
- Remain on the move, on your feet for extended periods of time and work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments such as e‑commerce, inventory, and will call as needed.

Visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodations is required. Frequently lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Handle commercial tires using team lifts or mechanical equipment.
Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline. All equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except for steel or composite toe boots.
Exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise level, and fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants may occur.
QUALIFICATIONS- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
- 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and lift up to 80 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
- Adopt and abide by all company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
- Passing forklift certification.
- Willing to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Passing pre‑employment drug test (no THC/marijuana testing).
