This role requires a highly capable individual to lead and manage the team responsible for operational resource planning, including capacity, capital expenditures (Cap Ex), and headcount. This involves performing checks on capacity and operational resources, such as tool utilization, and reviewing cost performance.

• Capacity & Operations Resource Planning:
  Optimize capacity, drive productivity improvements, and strategically allocate operational resources to fulfill customer orders.
• Performance Review & Cost Analysis:
  Establish operational resource targets, conduct performance reviews, and perform cost analysis to identify root causes of underperformance and propose actionable improvements.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.

  Strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of IC processes and logistics flow, and proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel VBA, Power BI).
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Available for weekend duty and off‑hours support.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality, safety, and adaptability in fast‑paced environments.
• 5+ years of relatable experience is preferred.

This position operates on-site at our Camas, Washington location during core business hours, Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm; however, there may be occasions when additional hours are necessary to meet project demands.

At TSMC, your base pay is just one component of your comprehensive compensation package. For new hires in this position, the starting salary typically ranges between $127,715 and $184,939 per year. The full salary range for this Job Grade extends from $127,715 – $204,015 depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, education, experience, tenure, and position level. TSMC's total compensation package also includes market-competitive pay, profit sharing and incentive bonuses, and tuition assistance.
