• Supervise assigned manufacturing operations, including processing source materials, equipment and component preparation and sterilization, aseptic filtration, aseptic filling, lyophilization, inspection, and packaging. Report operational status to management and peers daily.
• Review and update manufacturing documentation for the manufacturing areas.
• Provide cGMP, job tasks, and safety training for personnel in the manufacturing areas.
• Generate, update and maintain area Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch production records (BPRs). Ensure compliance with cGMP through observation, training, and auditing.
• Supervise hourly employee performance, including compliance with SOPs, cGMPs, and safety regulations.
• Perform deviation investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Order production supplies and equipment required to manufacture products.
• Prepare production-monitoring reports and participate in cost analysis and budgeting processes.
• Interview new employees; provide coaching and counseling, conduct performance evaluations, set objectives and standards, and assist management with disciplinary action as needed.
• Analyze and recommend capital expenditures and efficiency improvements in the manufacturing areas.
• Interact with supporting departments (e.g., Quality Assurance, Maintenance, PIC) to address production line problems promptly with appropriate quality considerations.
• Schedule the validation of processes and equipment.
• Ensure environmental monitoring limits are maintained in all areas.

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor of Science in Biology, Chemistry, or related hard science strongly preferred.
• 2 years of progressively responsible roles in a manufacturing environment required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in aseptic areas strongly preferred.

Location:

Spokane, WA — On Site, Full-Time

Weekday Nights, Monday–Wednesday; every Thursday off; 6pm–6am

Hiring Wage: $39.57 - $53.53 per hour + 10% shift differential, with opportunities for growth, promotion, and annual raises.
