Manufacturing Tech I - Inspection & Packaging
Location:
Spokane, WA — On Site, Full-Time
Shift: Weekend Nights, Friday–Sunday and every other Thursday, 6pm – 6am

Overview
Join a Leader in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and contribute to producing sterile injectable vials, lyophilized products, and allergenic extracts. This role focuses on inspection and packaging operations, documentation, and equipment handling in a cGMP environment.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Pass inspection qualification program. Maintain the inspection qualification program annually.
- Inspect products at assigned areas to ensure production of quality products.
- Read and follow established Standard Operating Procedures covering operation and documentation of production processes.
- Accurate documentation of production processes on production records.
- Perform area clearances and basic bulk packaging activities.
- Operate the Vision system and perform material transfers.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Specialist and receive any training necessary to perform assigned activities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or packaging experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills required.
- SAP experience required.
- Must possess legible handwriting and be able to accurately and neatly complete production records.
- Learn, understand, and follow current Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures relevant to the position.
Compensation & Benefits
Hiring Wage: $22.00 per hour including a 15% shift differential, with opportunities for growth, promotion, and annual raises. Benefits start on day one, including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life, AD&D, and disability insurance.
