The Area Specialist coordinates personnel to achieve the desired production schedule and ensures compliance with cGMPs. The role serves as the line SME for area SOPs and identifies improvements to processes, equipment and automation to optimize manufacturing.

• CMO Area Specialist I
  • Lead and oversee small teams of 5–25 members
  • Schedule team members to meet production targets
  • Serve as SME for SOP updates and equipment/process changes
  • Partner with training peers to conduct training
  • Spend 50% of the day in manufacturing areas
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to achieve schedule completion
  • Participate in RCAs, CAPAs, Change Controls and other improvement projects
• CMO Area Specialist II
  • All responsibilities of Specialist I
  • Minimum 2 years in the role
  • Drives production by achieving turnaround targets
  • Effectively keep people on task
  • Fluent in SAP, Trackwise, Master Control, Compliance Wire
  • Annual high-performance rating 3+ or greater
• CMO Senior Area Specialist
  • All responsibilities of Specialists I and II
  • Minimum 5 years in the role
  • Drives production by exceeding turnaround targets and training metrics
  • SME in SAP, Trackwise, Master Control, Compliance Wire
  • Annual high-performance rating 3+ or greater

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Lean principle certification (Six Sigma or equivalent) desired
• Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
• Experience with SAP, Trackwise, Master Control
• Respirator clearance required

• Area Specialist II: minimum 2 years in role or equivalent experience
• Senior Area Specialist: minimum 5 years in role or equivalent experience

Employment type – on‑site, full‑time position located in Spokane, WA.

• Area Specialist I: $38/hr (dependent on experience) with potential for growth and annual raises
• Area Specialist II: $41/hr (dependent on experience) with potential for growth and annual raises
• Senior Area Specialist: $44/hr (dependent on experience) with potential for growth and annual raises
