Manufacturing Sanitation Worker

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

** must be available for rotating shifts following training**

Wage: $18.83/hr.

Objective: In this position, you will be responsible for sanitizing and cleaning the mill for a food manufacturing company. Other duties may be required as assigned by the team.

Manufacturing Sanitation Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness on all production and packaging equipment and work areas.
• Eliminate garbage, debris, and waste on the floor or on the production equipment.
• Scrub equipment with scrub pads and brushes.
• Disassemble equipment for cleaning and reassemble when finished.
• Learn and understand Master Sanitation Schedules, Bar Code System, Usage Logs, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Manufacturing Sanitation Requirements:

• Manufacturing experience required.
• Comfortable with assembling and disassembling machinery.
• Comfortable working in a sanitized manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs regularly.
