Job Description
  • Conduct Venom Dissection and Bee Weigh Out procedures with strict adherence to safety and accuracy requirements.
  • Operate and maintain scales, balances, and manometers as needed.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures while performing all job functions.
  • Perform dish and equipment cleaning.
  • Follow all gowning and hygiene requirements.
  • Proper use and sanitation of hoses and ports (including heat exchangers).
  • Clean and maintain the Raw Materials area in accordance with cGMP and site cleanliness standards.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation in accordance with cGMP standards.
  • Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the assembly and use of clarification equipment.
  • Maintain and accurately complete entries in the LUMAC log to track equipment usage and activities.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's degree or college-level science coursework desired.
  • 1 year of relevant experience in a GMP‑regulated, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment required.
  • Experience with venom or allergen processing, aseptic technique, and raw material handling preferred.

    Dish & Equipment Cleaning.
  • Weighing, documenting, and moving materials.
  • Equipment Use (Scales, Manometers, Clarification, Cold Box).
  • Documentation.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Detail orientation, teamwork, time management.
  • Ability to work well with others and contribute positively to team building efforts.
Vision Requirements
  • 14/14 Corrected Near‑Point.
  • Pass Color Deficiency Test.
Respirator Requirements
  • Respirator Clearance Required.

  • Lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted.
