We are seeking a dependable Assembly Technician to join our team for a Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. shift. This role involves assembling components according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Location:
Liberty Lake, WA. Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Salary: $20 per hour.
- Perform various assembly tasks.
- Work with equipment that utilizes magnetic components.
- Ensure compliance with electrostatic discharge and cleanroom protocols.
- Assemble products within established time frames and quality standards.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure accurate insertion and placement of parts.
- Maintain proper handling and marking of all assemblies and components.
- Adhere to detailed work instructions and process documentation throughout assembly.
- Experience with hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent eye-hand coordination and dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to consistently complete tasks on time while ensuring accuracy and quality expectations are met.
- Ability to follow instructions, identify errors, and take corrective action as needed.
- Ability and willingness to constructively apply feedback to improve performance and generate ideas to improve and promote quality in work.
- Must be able to sit/stand for up to 10 hours, walk, talk, hear, grasp, reach, lift 30 lbs., pull/push 100 lbs., carry 30 lbs.
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks.
- Must don and doff personal protective equipment and work in a cleanroom environment.
- Will be exposed to static magnetic fields and magnetic components.
