Location: Spokane Valley
US Foods in Spokane Valley is seeking a meat cutter for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 am–2:30 pm) with overtime. You will prepare high quality cuts according to customer specs, trim fat, portion accurately, label trays, and keep the cutting room clean in a refrigerated environment.
The role demands knowledge of poultry, beef, lamb and pork, basic knife skills, and at least 6 months of production or meat trimming experience; GMP compliance is essential.
