 Pay: $17.13/hr for the first 30 days, then $18.13/hr

Job Summary
 The Concentrates Packaging Lead oversees packaging of concentrate products and breakdown of bulk product into sellable units, ensuring orders are accurate and on time.

Key Responsibilities
 Team Leadership:
Delegate tasks, track attendance and production rates, and coach and train crew members.
 Production Oversight:
Oversee weighing of concentrates and filling of vape cartridges and other concentrate products.
 Quality & Compliance:
Run quality control checks and keep inventory accurate, current, and properly labeled.
 Order Fulfillment:
Pull and prep product by priority, keep trucks on schedule, and inspect outgoing orders.
 Communication:
Monitor email and Basecamp, send shift reports, and hand off clear instructions between shifts.
 Planning:
Evaluate sales projections to build backstock, and attend lead meetings.
 Equipment & Workspace:
Oversee equipment upkeep and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
 Other Duties:
Support supervisors on personnel matters, assist with R&D, and help other departments as needed.
 Qualifications
 21 years of age or older
 High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
 Leadership/management experience a plus
 Plant/trimming experience a plus; computer and tracking software experience preferred

Physical Requirements
 Regular standing/sitting, repetitive hand tasks, and lifting up to 10 lbs
 Frequent walking and reaching; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs, climbing, or crouching
 Clear vision at 20+ feet and ability to differentiate colors
