Swing shift has a 1.00/hour differential as a swing shift employee.

SCHEDULE:
Must be able to work the entire schedule of 2PM-10PM Monday through Friday.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Please note that this list is ILLUSTRATIVE only and is not a comprehensive listing of all functions and duties performed by an employee in this role. Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

· Operate forklifts, including appliance-type paddle clamp attachment lift trucks, electric pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and accurately, ensuring zero product damage and precise counts during loading, unloading, staging, and storage

· Receive all inbound materials: unload trucks and trailers, inspect shipments for damage or shortages, verify contents against purchase orders or packing slips, and record receipts in the ERP system

· Manage roll stock materials: inspect trailers, complete receiving forms and damage claims, enter roll stock inventory in ERP, and pull/stage roll stock for the Sheeting Department; return unused rolls with proper labeling and scanning

· Maintain accurate inventory records: perform regular cycle counts, random spot checks, and participate in company-wide annual physical inventory

· Track and document all incoming and outgoing shipments; prepare and package outgoing products (including folded cartons), print shipping labels and documentation, and coordinate pickups with carriers

· Independently organize and execute daily shipping functions; expedite customer orders accurately and on time, ensuring packaging quality and load integrity

· Communicate effectively with internal teams—including production, scheduling, purchasing, and customer service—to resolve issues related to orders, delivery schedules, and inventory

· Regular and predictable attendance is required between the assigned start time and end times of work; must be able to work overtime when required.

· Perform all work in accordance with company policies, procedures, practices, values, and standards of conduct.

· Follow safety procedures and practices to ensure a safe working environment for all employees

· Perform other duties as assigned
