Travis Pattern and Foundry is seeking production labor professionals for two shifts (Day and Swing) in Spokane, WA. This full-time role offers 40+ hours weekly with overtime.
Hourly pay ranges from $20.25–$26.04, with a pre-negotiated 3.25% COLA and wage progression under the union contract. We are a union shop (USW Local #289 M) and provide health, vision, PTO, holidays, a 100% employer-sponsored pension, quarterly bonuses, and employee events.
