We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Washington. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines to produce high-quality products. Your duties will include monitoring machine operations, conducting quality checks, and maintaining production equipment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing environment and possess strong mechanical aptitude.

This is a contract position with potential for long‑term employment. Candidates must have their own visa and must be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Set up machines according to production specifications
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
• Conduct quality checks on finished products
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production area
• Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical manuals
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills in English
• Must have valid work visa or residency status
• Physically capable of standing, lifting, twisting, and bending for extended periods of time

We offer competitive salary of $1700 per month along with training opportunities and potential for growth within the company.
