Phat Panda | Full-Time Leadership Role

Hours of Operation: 5:30 AM–4:45 PM

We're looking for a hands-on leader to run day-to-day harvest operations, keeping every crop cycle on track for quality, safety, and efficiency. Your leadership directly shapes product outcomes and team performance.

• Supervise, train, and assign daily tasks to the harvest crew, directing runners, trimmers, hangers, and scale operators.
• Coordinate harvest scheduling, strain sequencing, and station setup/teardown with the Harvest Manager and Dry Room Lead.
• Flag quality concerns immediately and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
• Manage dry room placement, lighting, and room readiness for each harvest.
• Maintain accurate quarantine inventory tracking in BIOTrack and communicate status to Managers and Inventory staff.
• Support hiring, performance, and R&D initiatives as needed.

• Must be 21+, with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ months of plant/agriculture experience preferred; comfortable with high plant volumes.
• Skilled with Microsoft Office, BIOTrack, and labeling systems.
• Organized, level-headed under pressure, and confident directing a team.

Able to stand/sit for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work around dust, humidity, heat, and moderate noise. Facility is a two-story warehouse — comfort with stairs and elevated work areas required.
