About Phat Panda:

Grow Op Farms (Phat Panda) is hiring an experienced Edibles Production Team Lead to guide our edibles crew.

The Role:

As Edibles Production Team Lead, you'll oversee daily output and performance for the edibles crew, guiding team members through the preparation and packaging of cannabis-infused products while making sure every batch meets Phat Panda's standards for quality and safety.

Pay &

Schedule:
  • Starting Pay: $17.13/hour during the first month of training, increasing to $18.13/hour upon completion.
  • Hours: Full-time, approximately 40 hours weekly.
  • Availability: Reliable weekly schedule; flexibility needed for openings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business requires.
What We're Looking For:
  • Age: 21 years or older (state regulatory requirement).
  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Experience: At least 6 months in edibles or packaging work; previous supervisory experience a plus.
  • Certifications: Current Washington State Food Worker Card.
  • Physical Requirements: Able to sit or stand for extended periods performing repetitive work, lift up to 50 lbs, and see clearly at 20+ feet with accurate color perception.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Comfortable with word processing and spreadsheet tools, plus labeling equipment.
  • Key Strengths: Solid leadership and problem-solving instincts, a quality-first mindset, and the ability to coach, delegate, and hold a team accountable while keeping the production floor safe and organized.
