Job Summary

Our Spokane Valley production facility is hiring a Production & Packaging Associate to help turn finished product into retail-ready packages. You'll be part of the team responsible for preparing, packaging, and labeling items before they head out to stores. No cannabis industry background needed — we provide paid training to get you up to speed.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Weigh, package, and label product accurately and efficiently
  • Run and maintain production equipment throughout the shift
  • Perform quality control checks to catch issues before product ships
  • Prepare and stage completed orders for shipment
  • Keep your workstation and the surrounding production area clean and organized
Compensation & Schedule

This is a full-time role paying $18.13 per hour across a steady 40-hour workweek, with quarterly raises built in to reward your continued contribution.

Qualifications
  • Age: Must be at least 21 years old
  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience: None required in cannabis production — full paid training is provided
Physical Demands
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks throughout a shift
