Job SummaryOur Spokane Valley production facility is hiring a Production & Packaging Associate to help turn finished product into retail-ready packages. You'll be part of the team responsible for preparing, packaging, and labeling items before they head out to stores. No cannabis industry background needed — we provide paid training to get you up to speed.
What You'll Be Doing- Weigh, package, and label product accurately and efficiently
- Run and maintain production equipment throughout the shift
- Perform quality control checks to catch issues before product ships
- Prepare and stage completed orders for shipment
- Keep your workstation and the surrounding production area clean and organized
This is a full-time role paying $18.13 per hour across a steady 40-hour workweek, with quarterly raises built in to reward your continued contribution.

- Education: High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience: None required in cannabis production — full paid training is provided
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks throughout a shift
- Are dependable and consistently show up ready to work
- Thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
- Work well as part of a team
