Deburr Technician / Grinder (Aerospace)
Location: Marysville, WA
Pay: $20–$25/hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM +
Weekend Shift Available
Aerospace Manufacturing Role – Hands-On Work with Tools
We’re hiring Deburr Technicians / Grinders to support aerospace manufacturing operations. This role focuses on precision finishing of metal parts using hand tools and grinding equipment.
Ideal for candidates with deburring, grinding, or mechanical experience
, or anyone comfortable working with hand tools in a production environment.
What You’ll Do
- Deburr and finish metal parts to meet customer specifications
- Blend edges and remove imperfections using hand tools and grinders
- Use tools such as deburr guns and pencil grinders
- Follow detailed work instructions and engineering requirements
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized work areas
- Track and document completed work
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
- Experience with deburring, grinding, or hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Mechanical aptitude and good manual dexterity
Preferred:
- Experience with deburr guns, pencil grinders, or similar tools
- Manufacturing or production experience
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
