OverviewWe are seeking a Sr. Sponsor ships Manager, Executive Hospitality to lead the planning, development, and execution of C-level hospitality and executive engagement programs across priority strategic sponsorship platforms and major tentpole moments.
This role will translate business objectives and executive priorities into thoughtfully curated, high-touch experiences that strengthen relationships and drive meaningful business outcomes with enterprise partners, customers, industry leaders, and influential media.
The successful candidate will own the full lifecycle of executive hospitality programs—from guest strategy and experience design through cross-functional coordination, onsite execution, and performance measurement. This role will include executive and media hosting at major events, as well as support for long-term planning across global platforms, including LA28.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, highly organized, and polished program leader who can operate with discretion and professionalism in highly visible, executive-facing environments.
Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of C-level and media hospitality programs across priority sponsorship platforms and tentpole events.
- Translate enterprise relationship goals and executive priorities into curated guest strategies and bespoke executive engagement experiences.
- Own end-to-end program management, including experience design, executive briefings, run-of-show development, budget management, onsite execution, and post-event reporting.
- Partner with Sales and executive stakeholders to prioritize guests and ensure hospitality programs support relationship progression and measurable business impact.
- Support long-term planning and execution for global platforms, including LA28, by developing integrated hospitality plans and coordinating cross-functional work streams.
- Serve as a senior lead for executive and media hosting at major events, ensuring white-glove standards, discretion, and operational excellence.
- Manage agency partners, vendors, venues, and premium hospitality providers, including scope, budgets, timelines, and delivery standards.
- Track and report program KPIs, guest engagement outcomes, and post-event insights to inform continuous improvement and leadership visibility.
- Partner closely with Communications and PR teams to integrate executive visibility and media engagement into hospitality programming.
- Continuously refine executive hospitality processes, experience standards, and cross-functional coordination to improve consistency and effectiveness.
- 6+ years of experience in executive hospitality, strategic events, sponsorship marketing, communications, experiential marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience designing and executing high-touch, C-suite-level engagement programs.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in highly visible, executive-facing environments with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience partnering with Marketing, Communications, PR, Sales, and Executive teams.
- Exceptional organizational and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, venues, and premium hospitality partners.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive briefings and presentations.
- Strategic mindset with strong relationship management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional inputs.
- Experience in brand marketing, sponsorship marketing, premium hospitality, agency, or enterprise engagement environments.
- Experience working within large-scale enterprise organizations.
- General understanding of the North American sports and sponsorship landscape.
- Familiarity with the wireless, telecommunications, or technology industry and partnership integrations.
- Experience supporting major global sports, entertainment, or cultural platforms.
- Experience with program management and workflow tools such as Asana, Airtable, Smartsheet, or .
- Willingness to travel up to 25% annually.
