Marketing Service Representative - Temporary

We are seeking a 6+ month temporary Marketing Assistant to help cover a medical leave starting on 10/1/26. The Marketing team works with the Regional Vice President to help producers succeed in marketing products.

Pay: $19/hour

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm;
Friday 8:00am – 1:00pm

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns that engage producers and drive business growth
• Maintain inventory of marketing materials that support our annuity products, services, and initiatives
• Be a point of contact for producers, answering questions and providing marketing resources to assist them in promoting annuity products to clients
• Assist with marketing correspondence and mailings
• Provide excellent customer service as well as illustration and website assistance to contract holders and producers
• Collect and review licensing, appointment, anti-money laundering (AML), continuing education (CE), and background check documents for all producers
• Maintain producer files and update compliance management systems
• Track license renewals, CE requirements, and notify producers of expirations or missing documentation
• Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external clients by positive promotion of the company products and services
• Continually encourage open communication and expand partnerships through global exposure to enhance our business growth
• Other duties as required
