Mary's Place Seattle is hiring a part-time Floater Shelter Advocate to support families experiencing homelessness at their 24-hour shelters in Seattle. This role involves creating a welcoming environment, managing shelter responsibilities, and engaging in equity work. Candidates should have experience in social services, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Hourly wage starts at $25.00, with additional sick time and PTO benefits.
