About the ChurchGarland Ave Alliance Church is a welcoming, multiethnic, intergenerational church with a deep commitment to discipleship, local outreach, refugee ministry, and global missions. After nearly 130 years of ministry, we seek a pastor who can provide Spirit‑led leadership, develop leaders, and help us reach the next generation while building on a strong foundation of faithful ministry.
Responsibilities- Lead a historic congregation into its next season of renewal
- Provide Spirit‑led leadership and discern God's vision for the future
- Develop and disciple local leaders
- Engage the next generation and support collaborative ministry efforts
- Support local outreach, refugee ministry, and global missions initiatives
- Committed to long‑term ministry and disciple‑making
- Experience in church revitalization and collaborative teamwork
- Licensed with The Christian & Missionary Alliance (qualification requirements available on our website)
