Responsibilities
This position acts as an inpatient rehabilitation expert between internal and external referral sources and the inpatient rehabilitation program. The Clinical Liaison will ensure appropriate patient admissions to the inpatient rehab unit through clinical assessments and screenings in collaboration with the rehab physicians and Medical Director. The Clinical Liaison is the primary responsible party focused on moving appropriate candidates into the inpatient rehabilitation unit at the appropriate time.
The Clinical Liaison works closely with hospital case management to ensure a responsive and smooth flowing referral and admission process for the inpatient rehab program.

QualificationsEducation/Qualification
- Current license to practice as RN or RN case management experience
- 1 year of acute rehab experience preferred
