Shift8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Experience- 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
- Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
- Experience with Oasis is required from any number of months.
- Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months.
- Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required after submission).
- This role will require floating to multiple locations.
- No current placement allowed at Program:
Supplemental Program - Compassus Home Health.

Additional DetailsNursing Positions Only:
If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations.
Must have minimum 1 year of recent home health and OASIS experience.
Shift & SchedulingMon-Fri. On-call Or weekend requirements: 1 weekend rotation per month.

Spokane County
7 days maximum time off
Driver’s license required
2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
