Pay Range: $36.54 - $75.48/hr + full benefits

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license upon hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association) upon hire
• Minimum of 1 year of Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) experience

• 1+ year of experience in cardiovascular or related perioperative specialty
• Strong clinical skills and familiarity with advanced cardiovascular surgical equipment and techniques

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Cardiovascular Operating Room Registered Nurse (CVOR RN) to join our high‑performing surgical services team in Spokane, WA. The CVOR RN provides specialized perioperative care to patients undergoing complex cardiovascular procedures in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

This position plays a pivotal role in patient safety, clinical precision, and surgical excellence. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll assist surgeons and anesthesia providers throughout all phases of surgery—from preparation and monitoring to post‑procedure recovery—ensuring the highest standards of care and collaboration.

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care before, during, and after cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies
• Monitor patient status and communicate promptly with the surgical team
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and infection control policies
• Assist surgeons and support staff to ensure seamless workflow during operations
• Provide patient and family education regarding perioperative care and recovery
• Document nursing care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives
