Pay Range:

• RN - $55.00/HR

• Make daily work assignments, direct and reassign staff, provide employee evaluation, enforce disciplinary actions if needed, review time records, handle employee complaints, participate in training programs, and assist in new staff orientation
• Assess and implement care plans for all residents, transcribe orders to resident charts, help with new resident admissions
• Monitor supplies and order as needed
• Ensure assigned areas are maintained in clean and sanitary manner
• Work closely with other departments to coordinate care for residents

• Must possess a current LPN or RN license, and in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a long term care setting preferred, though not required
• BLS Certified
• Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
• Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities

Compensation for roles at Spokane Falls Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Spokane Falls Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Spokane Falls Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
