We are seeking approximately three talented Nurse Anesthetists to provide coverage at Sacred Heart Hospital. This high-volume, high-acuity surgical program offers a dynamic environment with diverse cases, requiring top-tier trauma experience and exceptional clinical skills. What You Will Bring:

• Proven trauma anesthesia experience, capable of managing complex and urgent cases efficiently
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and protocols
• Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with surgical teams and staff

Your Profile:

• Experience working in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
• Ability to adapt to different clinical settings, including satellite facilities
• Prior experience with remote or locum anesthesia coverage

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice, with trauma experience strongly preferred
• Recent ICU or emergency trauma exposure is highly desirable

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, with shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours, scheduled based on procedural volume
• Must be available for the entire period between June 1, 2026, and September 4, 2026; no flexible or piecemeal scheduling
• Overtime after 40 hours per week will be compensated accordingly
• Candidates may be required to work at our satellite facility, Holy Family, located approximately 15 minutes from Sacred Heart
• Valid licensing and certifications pertinent to anesthesia practice
• Willingness to travel and accommodate reimbursements where applicable
