About the Role

As a CNA or HCA
, you’ll be part of a supportive team focused on delivering compassionate, person-centered care. You’ll assist residents with daily activities, implement care plans, and provide both physical and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respectful, hands-on care to residents with daily living activities.
  • Support licensed nurses with documentation, mobility assistance, and delegated tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
  • Foster a warm, welcoming environment for residents and their families.
Who We’re Looking For

Whether you're newly certified or on your path to becoming a CNA, we’d love to hear from you

Requirements
  • Already certified? Must have a current/active, unrestricted NAC, or HCA license in Washington State.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required within 30 days of hire (we offer training).
  • Valid Washington State Food Handler’s Permit required upon hire.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written).
