RN House Supervisor

Description

Acts in the absence of specific hospital administrative personnel and department managers. Assists in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating delivery of patient care. Supports administrative direction to the development and evaluation of all nursing personnel; assists in maintaining operational aspects of hospital departments, including patient throughput. Reports to the Nursing Director.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.

• 3 years of RN experience in an acute care setting.
