Position: Medication Nurse (LPN/RN)

$28.00hr-$40.00hr Depending on experience

Must be available to work at least 3 days per week, including Wednesdays. Shifts are 5:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. or 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Hours

Treatment Center hours 5 a.m.

- 1 p.m. rotating Saturdays from 6 a.m.

- 10 a.m.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Responsible for administering and dispensing the proper dose of methadone or buprenorphine medication to each client per order given by the prescribing licensed independent practitioner.
  • Maintain accurate client dosing records as well as daily reconciliation and accountability of medication inventory as required by company policy and DEA regulations.
  • Assist in screening of clients and keeps in close contact with appropriate team members regarding client's progress.
  • Understand and complies with client boundaries and confidentiality.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Licensed as an RN or LPN in the state of Oregon.
  • CPR certification
  • Current driver's license
  • Meet state requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program
  • We follow guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level.
  • Experience and understanding of chemical addiction is preferable.
