What You’ll Do- Travel to multiple patient homes each day, providing 4–6 visits on average
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)
- Monitor and report vital signs and patient conditions
- Administer medications under nurse supervision
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families
- Maintain a safe, clean, and dignified care environment
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team on individualized care plans
- Document patient care accurately and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensed in Washington State
- Experience in home health or hospice agency highly preferred
- Compassionate, patient‑focused, and empathetic
- Reliable, insured transportation and valid WA driver’s license
- Competitive Pay: $23–$30 per hour, depending on experience
