Nurse Manager- Infusion Pharmacy

Nurse Manager – Home Infusion Pharmacy (Spokane, WA)

Schedule: Full Time, Day shift

• Implement and administer Home Infusion Department policies and procedures.
• Supervise employees and coordinate interdisciplinary care for patients at home.
• Determine staffing needs and assign staff while maintaining productivity and staffing continuity.
• Participate in developing department policies, procedures and quality management plans.
• Uphold standards of confidentiality, attendance and punctuality.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Washington Registered Nurse license required upon hire.
• Oregon Registered Nurse license required upon hire.
• 4 years of Home Infusion experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Driving may be necessary; proof of driver’s license and auto insurance may be required.
