Key Qualifications and

Experience:

• Active RN license in Washington State (or ability to obtain)
• Prior experience in pediatric, school nursing, or community health preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
• Able to independently assess and respond to student health needs
• Familiarity with care planning, medication administration, and health records management
• Adaptability to diverse student populations and changing priorities

Responsibilities will include:

• Delivering direct nursing care for students with acute or chronic health conditions
• Managing medications, treatments, and care plans as prescribed
• Responding to health emergencies and providing first aid as needed
• Promoting health education and wellness throughout the school community
• Documenting care and maintaining accurate health records in compliance with regulations
• Serving as a resource for staff, students, and families on health issues
• Supporting IEP or 504 health-related requirements, attending meetings when required
