RN & LPN

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Touchmark, a leading senior living community.

As an RN
, you will enrich residents’ lives daily by ensuring they receive the highest level of dignity and care. You will coordinate all clinical care, mentor and onboard Med Techs, and support a multidisciplinary nursing team in assisted living settings.

• Have a genuine interest in caring for aging residents and working in a geriatric environment.
• Possess a current RN or LPN license in the state of Washington.
• Enjoy being part of a team, working closely with nurses to design and implement individual care plans.

• Help oversee, mentor, and coach care staff, assisting them in making educated care decisions.
• Provide hands‑on nursing care for residents in Assisted Living.
• Assess residents’ health status as needed and collaborate with the nursing and health services teams to develop and review individualized service plans.
• Build trust and strong communication with family members to provide information and insight related to the resident’s health and well‑being.
• Collaborate with our sales team during tours to promote the benefits of living at Touchmark through unique programming and care.
