Licensed Practical Nurse (Fulltime and Part-Time - Weekends Only)

Touchmark on South Hill, Spokane is a full-service senior living community that provides high‑quality care for residents and their families. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to enrich the lives of our residents in the Assisted Living neighborhood.

As an LPN, you will support the nursing team in coordinating all clinical care, ensure residents receive the highest quality of care, and mentor and onboard support staff. Your daily work will involve building trusting relationships with residents and their families.

• Genuine interest in caring for aging residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Current RN or LPN license in Washington state
• Team-oriented mindset, collaborating with nurses to design and implement individualized care plans

• Oversee, mentor, and coach care staff to facilitate informed care decisions
• Provide hands‑on nursing care to Assisted Living residents
• Assess residents’ health status and collaborate with the nursing and health services team to develop and review individualized service plans
• Develop trust and strong communication with family members to share information and insights regarding the resident’s health and well‑being
• Collaborate with the sales team during tours to demonstrate the benefits of living at Touchmark through unique programming and care initiatives
