• 40 Physician Coverage Hours Daily

• Evaluation, treatment, and management of emergency department patients
• Assessment of acute medical and traumatic presentations
• Performance of procedures within APP scope of practice
• Collaboration with Emergency Medicine physicians, nursing teams, hospitalists, and consulting specialists
• Participation in patient flow, admissions, transfers, and disposition planning
• Documentation and order management within Cerner EMR

• Accepted Provider Types: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Preferred Background: Emergency Medicine experience, Urgent Care experience, Acute Care or Hospital‑Based APP experience
• Additional Requirements: Active Washington, DC License or ability to obtain, National Certification, ACLS Required, PALS Required, ATLS Preferred
