Hiring Bonus

$10,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

The Clinic Nurse‑RN is a professional Registered Nurse responsible for facilitating the patient care flow in the clinic while providing direct patient care. This position will facilitate the workflow by conducting skilled nursing tasks, which include but are not limited to lab draws, injections, catheter changes, wound care, and diabetic foot/nail care. The Clinic Nurse will assist with maintaining compliance to professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements, supporting physicians and the care team in delivering quality health care to patients while considering individual physical or age‑related needs.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• At least one year of related experience in an ambulatory setting, preferably a medical office.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• At least one year of experience working with a geriatric population.

Base pay range: $37.41 – $58.08 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
