A well-established pediatric practice is looking to hire a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner / NP to provide high-quality, compassionate, family-centered care within its collaborative outpatient clinical team in the Spokane, Washington area.

Benefits and Features:
  • Salary: $120,000 – $150,000, depending on experience, with production bonus opportunities.
  • Full-time, Monday – Friday or 4 days per week.

Your Role with the Company:
  • Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care in an outpatient setting serving patients from birth through age 21.
  • Perform well-child exams, immunizations, developmental screenings, acute care visits, and chronic condition management.
  • Collaborate with physicians and care team members while maintaining autonomy in clinical decision-making.
  • Optional participation in pediatric urgent care coverage for additional clinical variety and compensation.
Background Profile:
  • Board-Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
  • Pediatric experience preferred.
  • Comfortable managing a broad range of pediatric primary care conditions.
