Registered Nurse (RN) – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Spokane, WAPay & Benefits
- Pay Range: $37-$68/hr
- Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus

A large hospital in Spokane, WA is searching for a permanent Registered Nurse for their NICU. This is a fast-paced unit made up of caring individuals who put the patient’s safety and concerns before themselves. This is very much a team-like atmosphere and it’s an excellent opportunity to provide quality care to patients in an environment that fosters transparency, respect and partnership!
Responsibilities- Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to patients
- Administer medication as instructed by physicians
- Document observations, assessments, and changes in patient's condition
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes
- Provide a full range of nursing care to patients with a variety of physical and/or behavioral problems
- 1+ year of NICU or related nursing experience
- Nursing degree/diploma required. Must be willing to obtain a BSN within 3 years of hire
- A RN with 20 years of RN experience will be exempt from the BSN requirement
- Current Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license (or ability to obtain)
- BLS upon hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within six (6) months of hire
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within thirty (30) days of hire
