We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patient care within a Medical Surgical unit. Under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, the CNA assists with patient care activities and supports the implementation of individualized care plans. This role is ideal for a compassionate and patient-focused CNA who enjoys working in a collaborative acute care environment.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Obtain and record vital signs
• Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Support hygiene, bathing, grooming, and feeding needs
• Maintain a safe and clean patient environment
• Assist nurses with delegated patient care activities
• Document care and observations according to established guidelines
• Support patient comfort and overall care experience

• Washington State Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA)
• Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
