• Provide compassionate, individualized care based on each client's Plan of Care
• Monitor and document client progress and communicate updates to the care team
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families

• Active, unrestricted RN license for WA State
• CPR certification & negative TB test or chest X-ray
• At least 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred)
• Wound care certification is a plus
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Physical ability to assist clients safely
