Travel Infusion Registered Nurse – $1,948 per week

Traveling Certified Infusion Therapy RN to manage coordination of care and nursing functions of an infusion site with the practice and pharmacy. Responsibilities include hospital discharge planning, referral management, drug and supply inventories, patient education and administration of medications, and safe monitoring and follow-up.

• Admit infusion, self‑injectable, and enteral patients.
• Teach patients and caregivers how to administer therapies at home.
• Perform patient visits according to the Plan of Care or as patient need dictates.
• Deliver age‑appropriate care and instruction.
• Perform required documentation.
• Perform case‑management activities for assigned patients.
• Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of home infusion therapy education protocols and materials.
• Participate in nursing staff education and training programs to maintain skills for assessing and teaching home infusion therapy patients.

• BSN from an accredited nursing program and valid RN licensure.
• AHA current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Infusion Therapy RN.
• Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
• Motivated to pursue career growth and comfortable in a travel assignment environment.
