Responsibilities- Oversee nursing staff to ensure high‑quality patient care and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Create schedules for nursing staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
- Provide training and guidance to staff.
- At least 5 years of experience as a nurse.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required). Master’s degree preferred.
- Indian nationality and fluency in English.
