Requirements:
- Valid RN license in Washington or Compact RN license required at time of submission
- Experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill neonates.
- Monitor and assess patients' health status and respond to changes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate families on neonatal care and conditions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical records systems.
Compliance / Notes:
- Background checks required.
- Requested time off must be listed at time of submission; post-submission RTO may not be approved.
- Last four of SSN required prior to start.
- Compliance with dress code policy: scrubs color not specified.
