You’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals on their mental health journey while ensuring exceptional care and compliance standards:

• Coordinate outpatient mental health services for assigned caseloads, tracking treatment plans and progress
• Administer medications, monitor effectiveness, and ensure safe handling and compliance
• Assess physical health concerns and coordinate care or referrals as needed
• Deliver outstanding service to clients, families, and team members
• Ensure adherence to state regulations (WAC) and internal policies
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and reporting

• High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
• LPN license through the Washington Department of Health (DOH) or Multistate License
• CPR Certification (can be obtained after hire)

• Nursing degree from an accredited program

Equivalent experience is not accepted in place of required education.
