We are seeking a skilled Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care and skilled nursing environment. The RN will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered care while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
This role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Respond to changes in patient condition and elevate concerns appropriately
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
- Support patient education and discharge planning
- Assist with emergency and critical care interventions as needed
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Current BLS certification (AHA required)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work evening shifts (02:00 PM 10:30 PM)
- Prior acute care or travel nursing experience preferred
