The Nursing Assistant functions within his/her scope of practice under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse to assist in providing care and implementing delegated activities of the nursing plan. The candidate demonstrates an understanding of basic nursing skills and the skills unique to the assigned clinical unit(s).

Base pay range: $21.88 – $31.13. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
