Manager Hospice RN

Position Overview

This position provides staff supervision and coordination for the clinical care provided to patients and their families. It is responsible for identifying best practices for care. The position performs all duties in a manner that promotes team concepts and demonstrates a commitment to the Sisters of Providence, the Code of Conduct and Integrity, and the core values of compassion, dignity, justice, excellence and integrity.

• Staff supervision and coordination of clinical care for patients and families.

• Graduate of accredited school of registered nursing.
• Washington Registered Nurse license upon hire.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience.
• Minimum 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.

• Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
• Hospice Certification upon hire.
• Experience or ability to learn electronic medical records software.

Pay range: $50.20 - $77.94 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Spokane Valley, WA – 1000 N Argonne Rd, Argonne Bldg. On-site, Full time, Variable shift.
