Registered Nurse (RN) | Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
Location: Spokane, WA Agency: Concentric Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details)
Contract Duration: 9 Weeks Start Date: ASAP

About The Position

Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified NICU RN in Spokane, Washington, 99204!

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting with patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 depending on acuity
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient status using Epic electronic health records
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Float between sister units or nearby facilities as needed to support staffing requirements
  • Adhere to all facility compliance requirements, scheduling protocols, and unit-specific standards
Required Qualifications
  • Valid Washington State RN license or active Compact RN license (required at time of submission)
  • Minimum of 1 year of NICU nursing experience
  • Proficiency with Epic charting system
  • Availability to work night shifts, including variable weekends
  • Ability to complete required compliance documentation and onboarding modules prior to start date
  • Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years (may include Charge RNs or Lead nurses)
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Experience working in a short-term acute care or Level II Trauma Center environment
  • Familiarity with teaching hospital workflows and interdisciplinary team collaboration
  • Experience caring for high-acuity neonatal patients across a range of staffing ratios
