Requirements:

• Valid WA or Compact RN license required at time of submission.
• Experience:
  
  First-time travel nurses accepted.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide critical care for infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
• Monitor and assess patient's conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical staff.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement care plans.
• Educate families on infant care and health management.

Compliance / Notes:

• Compliance documents due by the Monday prior to start.
• Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront; post-submittal RTO may not be approved.
• Travelers may be expected to float to sister facilities; refusal may result in termination.
• Non-billable modules average approximately 16 hours pre-start, requiring approval if over 20 hours.
